Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy in line with EU regulations. You have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with photos of the issue so we can address the problem promptly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

• The item must not be used to be eligible for a refund.
• The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
